測驗|目前我生活各方面平衡嗎 How balance you are


前陣子跟朋友見面,聊到許願相關的大小事,朋友引述某本書(請見文末)中「測試生活中四個面向」,怎麼測試呢?

How do you know whether your life is balance? You could check it by a little quiz.

首先請準備一張紙(便條紙大小,不用超過你的手掌大)與一支筆。

First, find a pen and memo note. No need A4 size, just memo size. smaller than your palm.

接著放空、依序在便條紙上畫四個圓圈,每畫完一個圈,就在圈圈中間標記數字。例如:第一個圈畫完之後,在該圈中寫上「1」,以此類推,直到四個圓圈都畫完,放下筆。

Second, be space (out), then draw four circle on the memo. Mark the number after one each circle. For example, mark "1" after you finish the first circle.

你畫完了嗎?要揭曉囉!

先看這四個圈中,哪一個圈個子最小,他可能是你目前最虛弱、或是最需要關注的主題。反之,哪一個圓圈最大,代表該主題最中氣十足、也可能是你之前花較多心思。

In these four circles, which is smallest? Which is biggest? From 1 to 4, it is emotion, mental, mind, and physical body. If your smallest circle are marked "1", it means you may focus on your emotion in the future. On the other hand, if your biggest circle is "4", it means you have already satisfy with this factor. 

接著請依序帶入剛才的數字:
  1. 情緒
  2. 精神
  3. 心智
  4. 身體
由於這小測驗很容易受到「小我」干擾,建議心無旁騖的時候進行。也因為他是反映生活中各方面的平衡度,所以結果隨時都在改變、也可能沒有改變。是不是很有趣呢?

我第一次做這個測驗的時候,我將四個圓圈差不多大小塞在便條紙上,身體或許略小一點,不過整體還算平衡,蠻有意思的,大家可以試試,歡迎一起討論。
